Arrival. We meet you at Madrid airport, help with the gun paperwork and drive you 75 minutes to the Lodge at Cenicientos.
The evening before. Settle into the Lodge, meet the team and enjoy dinner paired with wines from Ribera del Duero, Rioja and Jerez.
Shoot day. Safety briefing, then driven red-leg partridge across our beats, with elevenses, a long Spanish lunch and afternoon tea.
Extras. Excursions, city tours of Madrid, Toledo or Ávila and shopping can all be arranged.
